- I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD - WHAT SHOULD I DO?
To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.
- DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO ORDER?
Yes. To purchase the products, you have to register an account. It makes you easier to checkout and have your payment details.
- HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

- CAN I USE A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT?
Unfortunately you can't. We only accept bank transfer (BCA).
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
- CAN I ORDER SOLD OUT ITEMS?
You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your wishlist. We might be considering it, or perhaps the items are available in our stockists.
